Default Lopey Cam Idle Sound Clip

Grabbed you guys a sound clip of my exhaust with my lopey cam idle. I didn't rev it all the way out because I'm in my neighborhood, but you can get the idea.

Just a fair warning to anyone wanting to go to a lopey cam; the lopey idle caused by a lopey cam is actually an inconsistent misfire. If you have catalytic converters, it will damage them over time. Also, your SES light will come one because the ECU will detect the miss at idle. I don't have cats and I have tape over my SES S I'm not doing any damage, but if you've got cats then be warned. This goes for all vehicles.

Now for the sound clip.

Sounds like a hotrod!

I think we have similar cams. I'm envious of your headers.

The headers are the way! You've got to get a set. I believe we do, too. Someone told me that the Crower you have and my Kent were very similar grinds.
