I need to replace the broken driver side of the sun shade clip, but can't figure how to remove it let alone replace it. There does not appear to be any kind of catch or snap or screw to it.

It does not look like you can "slip" it off either or it will mess up the sun screen mesh.

Anyone have any experience with this?

The hook/clip is intregral to the screen itself. There probably is a way to rig it so it could work but the right way is to replace the entire setup. Looking at 250 to 300 for the shades. The two come as a set I believe.
