Hearing that same distinctive siren sound. Although for me it’s not very loud and has happened just sitting idling as well. Ever find the issue?

First guess would be the tensioner pulley , as you said it happens when just sitting idling. Usual suspect. The old post you resurrected was a drivetrain issue and occurs when moving. Yours when moving and just sitting.

Just a thought.
