Default Low power, flashing M & S

Good Morning,

This morning on my drive to work everything was normal until I stopped at a stop sign getting off the highway at my office. When I went to pull away from the stop I had little power and the M & S started flashing. The second last time this happened (couple years ago?) my alternator needed to be rebuilt and everything was fine after that, however that time the little red lights by my shifter also were blinking - this time they are not. Many months ago I also had the shifter, M, & S lights flashing but a restart fixed that. I restarted twice in the parking lot at work this morning and still the M & S are flashing but the red shifter lights are not.

Any tips?

Thanks!

usual means a bad battery / alternator or a bad body ground. the last time to look at is the abc switch
