Lucky8 in sort of a slump?
It seems like these last couple of months may have been rough for them in some way or another as you are not the only one with a complaint. But I order from Lucky8 almost every time I buy parts from a company. Their prices are just about unbeatable and I have never had issues getting anything from them. The last time I ordered was probably at least a few months ago though so don't know how they are doing now. I hope their "slump" (if there is one in the first place) doesn't last long, but sometimes things can change prettt quick as far as companies go.
A company called Maryland Speed used to be my go to company to order certain things at the height of my GTO obsession, about 5 or 6 years ago. Couple years after that when I was getting back into the "scene", they had turned into a completely different company and you couldn't find a single person that had something good to say about them. Hopefully that doesn't happen to L8.

I've never had any issues with Lucky 8. Everything has been as ordered and always arrives in timely fashion. Actually, their shipping time is normally faster than any of the other places l deal with state side...but, they are also the closest...so, that has to be factored in. Anyhow, l'd okay with receiving the ball-joints like that...it's a mechanical part. If it was a cosmetic piece...then l'd hope it was packaged properly.

I apologise for the guys forgetting to put the boxes in there with the joints that is an oversight in the back and we'll make sure it is addressed.

With the rules for businesses in NY right now due to the pandemic we can only have so many working in the building at one time so we are down on staffing.
