I do want to change the suspension and lift it a bit, however I am waiting to see what comes of the engine noise. My luck would have me putting the suspension kit on and 2 days later I would end up throwing a rod!

Just for sake of conversation.... do you have to change up the rubber rotoflex that is in the rear and change the brakelines to cover the added height?

Yes on the brake lines and no on the rotoflex.
