Default MAF or O2 sensor codes

Hi. 99 Disco w/ 96k miles. Getting intermittent P1172 and 1175 codes - looks like O2 sensor or MAF issues from forums, with most posts suggesting MAF. Question - I recently replaced air filter. Could jostling around with air box and manifold have created a mechanical problem with MAF sensor? Anything I can check before replacing?

Thanks!

What part, like brand or type, did you use to replace the filter?

Bought it from Atlantic British - supposedly OEM - I think it was Bosch (or Fram)? At any rate, seemed to be standard filter. I've seen some additional posts about leaks or holes in intake; haven't had a chance to inspect. At ~$150, I think it's relatively cheap insurance to replace MAF sensor, but again, no use doing so if it's not a problem. Is this something that is typically replaced in a truck with mileage similar to mine (95k miles)?
