Default RE: magnecor wires

My decision to go Magnecore was notfor a gain ofhorse power (the Magnecore site states that wires don'tadd HP), but to have long term product reliability.

For years Iput over the counter wires in my Nissan 4x4 truck. They worked fine, but would last a year and then start breaking down. Cheap? It's likely that I spent as as much on replacement wires over the yearsto purchasetwo full sets of Magnecores. Cracked wires are not good. Moisture and cracked wires are even worst.

My new mind set - simply purchase better wires andknow they will functionin time.

If you notice a difference it's 1. in your head. 2. you were seeing misfires before. Don't discount the placebo effect and the level of comfort given when you 'feel' the results of spending more.
Well, eveyone knows that is is physically impossible for an increase in voltage to produce a better spark, thus resulting in a better combustion and creating more power......

I agree that some things (seafoam) are not going to give you much results unless you have a problem, but these wires are good all the way around. I bought Bosch and they lasted a year, each time. Why not pay 2X the money for a lifetime guarantee?? You are getting a better fire, resulting in lower emissions, better power and mileage, and reduced maintenance costs.

I have my truck with my Russian Indy today getting my Magnacores fitted - as well as tracking down the P305 misfire. He still thinks the P305 is from an injector - thats getting checked out too. I am expecting a huge difference though seeing as how the P305 will be gone and I'll have some sweet blue wires cranking. Hopefully this will give me closure on the CODEs.
