You'll need someone with a fancy code reader to read the transmission control module codes to see what it thinks the problem is. Common issues seem to be weak battery, XYZ switch problems, and a speed sensor in the transmission (or transmission failure).

When I had that problem it ended being a weak battery and/or ground problem. Before I narrowed it down to the battery and battery ground connections, I could switch the key on and off a few times and it would clear the flashing M & S lights and do fine for awhile which made me think it was elsewhere.
If you start it, and it goes into limp mode with flashing M&S, try switching the key on and off a few times and see if, when you start it back up, the lights clear.... not a fix but may get you home without flashing M&S.
Try charging the battery and cleaning and tightening the battery terminals and all ground connections and see if it helps. If that fixes it for awhile (days to months depending on how much you drive) and then it comes back, then it is probably the battery or alternator. If that doesn't fix it then move on to xyz cleaning/replacing, etc.
Start with the easy stuff first.

Default Update on M & S Flashing

Thanks for your all your tips, finally I found one of the 3 wires connected to the throttle is spoil and has been fixed. When it was fixed, the manual and sport mode light stopped flashing and my truck came back alive. Only issue now is my transmission light light that appear whenever I am on highway for a long time. Any tip on this is appreciated too.

glad you found the problem and did not spend the money and time on and XYZ switch, have you changed the fluid and filter in your tranny yet?

No kidding... throttle wires spoiled is a new one for the electrical labyrinth library.

Default I get p0748

I am on the hunt for my blinking lights P0748. It is not the solenoid. Tried a 2nd one didn't fix. Clear code cans drive normal. Charged battery no change. Checked wires from TCU to tranny all good. Not sure what else could be.
