Last question: I don’t have a service manual; does anyone happen to have the torque specs for the water pump bolts? I imagine there are 2 different specs for the 10mm & 3 longer 11mm bolts, but can’t seem to find them. Thanks again!
don't quote me exactly but they are all the same at like 14 or 17 ftlbs it's not much

18 ft/lbs for all the bolts. Make sure to put sealant on the long bolts they go into the water jacket.

You can download a service manual. Look for any post by WaltNYC. He has a link in his signature.

Heater works even better with the Flowkooler in my opinion.

Thanks again everyone. Finally got the Flowkooler installed today and sure enough, no more leaks. I downloaded the Rave manual finally, thank you WaltNYC!

Now I’m just waiting for the new hoses & in-line thermostat to arrive & I’ll get it back on the road. Really appreciate all the help!

Will do. Just a silicone thread lock type sealant?

Teflon paste does the job on those long bolts. Blue Monster PTFE did the job for me. Permatex makes a white thread sealer as well. The other bolts I hit with some blue loctite and torque 'em
