Misfires, again

Misfires, again
First of all, thanks to everyone on this forum for the advice that has at least gotten me to this point.
I have a 2000 Disco SD7 with 125,000 miles
I have owned it for 18 months and have replaced the head gaskets, radiator, plugs (+4's), wires (magnecors), 2 coils, 2 cats(kept the exhaust), water pump, 4 sets of pads and one rotor. I have no problem with maintaining the vehicle as it is still less that a car payment and I have a great truck. I run premium fuel but have not done the seafoam treatment nor the techron since I purchased it.
Here is the dilemma.
I get the Service Engine Soon light occasionally (every couple of weeks) It flashes for about 10-15 seconds then stays lit. It will clear after a few starts.
The codes I got the last time are P1300, P1304, and P1305. I have been getting P1304 somewhat regularly.
Here is the question.
Am I far off thinking I should check the MAF? The mechanic pulled up the codes, looked up the recommendations and we thought it might be low fuel pump pressure. I'd prefer the MAF as it seems far less expensive.
Any recommendations on where to proceed first would be helpful. The P1300 with the cat damage is scarier than I am comfortable with to continue driving.
Thanks.
Dan

i dont think the MAF would cause those types of misfire errors. none the less what type of air filter do you use? i hope the paper type and not K&N.. as for the errors you have since you did the coils maybe its the EGR valve in combination with something else? they are all generic severe misfire codes causing cat damage...
