Question missfire codes wont go away

I had P0300 and P1316, now P0303 I changed all the wires got no change was getting the code with the old wires. Plugs are stock champions pretty new. Do I have a bad coil pack on #3 . Idles good and runs ok but choppy and power loss at highway speeds around 50 mph on. Any Ideas thanks

Who's wires did you install, what octane gas are you using? Pull the number 3 plug and look it at, is it black, sooty and or wet, if wet, what does it smell like, gas or coolant?

It was black on the elecrode ceramic I tightened it down and it seems be running better less skipping. the other plug on the pack was normal looking. I dont know if that will clear all the codes or not. I used the STI wires this time blue silicon wires.
