Default Missing Coolant Sensor Wire Connector

I need to reach out to the forum on this one as I'm at a standstill. Recently tried getting my 2000 Disco 2 out of the garage on on the road.
It has sat since 2016. Work over last month includes: Replaced Wabco ABS shuttle valves, Retrofitting 2003 front bumper onto the 2000, New Power steering pump rebuilt,
New radiator, new upper coolant hoses, new thermostat. For the life of me I cannot find the sensor wire which goes to the bottom blue coolant sensor on the lower corner of the radiator
on the passenger side. I'll attach a photo. If anyone can direct me to where that wire should be coming from it would be greatly appreciated and I can cap this project off and start driving it again.

I don't think a 2000 truck will have that sensor input? Believe that only SAI trucks have two temperature sensors.

Non SAI trucks do not have the second sensor. Most radiators now come with the port and either A plug or someone installs the sensor to plug a hole.

I’m pretty sure the guys above are correct. My last D2 was a ‘00 and the latest is an ‘04 and it has the sensor you have in there. The new radiator I jut got came with an appropriate plug installed from shipment that I removed when I put the sensor back in.

I believe my 2000 has the SAI. Here is a pic.
I vaguely recall removing the sensor wire. I'm a fraud I may have shoved it below inside a hole right benath the sensor. If so its inside the square channel support there. Really hoping for someone with sai to confirm where the radiator sensor wire come in from? Thanks everyone for the comments

So bend a coat hanger wire to form a hook and probe in the hole where you think you may have shoved the wire and connector. See what you find!

Hmmmmm

If I recall correctly..that wire came out of the engine wiring harness near the bottom passenger side of the engine. Let me check in a few hours.

Rock crawling, did you ever get a chance to see where this wire came from. Labor Day finds me back on this project. I would really be thankful if you could check? Thanks

the plug lead branches off pointing 'down' from the front passenger side of engine harness (where this harness is mounted to the front side of engine)....it's about a foot and a half long and should be hanging there if you have one....should be pretty obvious...
