So I checked the coolant, the previous owner was using Dexcool (orange) but it was about 4 inches below the cold level line in the tank. I filled it and have not had any more overheating, and am holding pressure, but was still dripping a bit of coolant at night. I think I have tracked down the culprit, the 5/16th hose connected at the upper righthand corner of the radiator as the drip, but now the spots of coolant are not centralized and there are spots under the length of the radiator. Questions:
Best brand of hose and locking bracket to take care of that corner?
Can I use a coolant dye without hurting the coolant system?
Can anything be deduced by the spots of coolant spanning the length of the radiator?

Thank you for your help.
