Also to the OP - my advice - as annoying as this is - you probably have leaking sunroofs and roof rail seals (the 2 rack looking things running front to rear on top of the truck). Def fix those. Check cowl and windshield too. Don't want your problem to recur.
And then, I'd pull the carpets out. Those floors will stay wet for literally years under the foam if you don't pull them up, which creates more issues and rots floors and brackets.
