Muffler Front Flange Studs

Muffler to resonator pipe broken
I have an 04 Discovery i am on my 5th exhaust in 10 years. My factory one lasted 8 years. Need a reliable one for New England weather. But the real failure is only at the flanges. The pipes seems to rust at the flange and break clean off leaving the 2 flanges bolted together. And the muffler and resonator pipe come together and I am looking to find another brand or if there is someone with experience if its worth to cut off the rusted end weld a small pipe to the flange and muffler exit pipe while its still mounted? I'll take a few pics and upload when I get a chance. I don't need inspection til Feb.2023 so I have some time to get a solution before I waste money buying g this imo junk exhaust again. UPDATE Its now February I have a stainless Center Muffler. The tailpipe that has the small muffler built-in is fine. I just need to now worry how to disconnect the center muffler from the cats Y pipe without breaking the studs again as it wasn't fun removing broken studs. Anyone know the nuts part number and or a source of good ones? To reconnect the muffler to Y pipe 2 of them and the 3 for the center tot tailpipe? I am going to paint them with high temp paint and any areas that may rust. Its ridiculous to keep doing this.
