Default Multiple codes

I drove this thing through deep *** water the other day and today it popped an SES light I had the codes read at Advance but the guy wouldn't clear them for me, the codes are as follows:

P1300
P0303
P0305
P0103
P0134

Surely I couldn't have broken all of that, any help would be appreciated.

Oh and forgot to say, sometimes when I initially start the truck it runs a bit rough but then it clears up and runs fine, no fuel smell from the exhaust or smoke or anything else.

I dont have an air filter box, just a cold air intake with a k&n type air filter on it, there was some slight moisture underneath it, but thats all. I'm thinking maybe I got some water in it so I am letting it dry out as we speak. Hopefully there's no permanent damage.

theres your problem. get rid of the K&N and get back to basics with a paper filter. The K&N lets too much crap into the engine. who knows what you sucked up that is causing misfires.

Throw that K&N out and fins a used factory air bos, install a factory only paper air filter and prey that you haven't killed you MAF yet.
Do you have factory grey plug wires, if so, get rid of them going to a good quality 8mm silicone plug wire. that will fix the 2 mis-fire codes.
The 102 indicates you did fry your MAF, don't try cleaning it, it won't help, buy a new one from British Parts of Utah, no after market or generic ones or they will throw codes right out of the box.

The plug wires are factory, but they are new less then 1000 miles, I replaced them before I knew better with Land Rover wires. Also I was hoping for more of a one problem fixes all these codes type of deal, awful strange for multiple things in my engine management system to go bad all at once. I have a factory air box I am watching on ebay right now, so I am trying to alleviate that potential problem. I took off the cold air intake crap and dried everything out then sprayed my filter with cleaning solvent and it is now drying. I picked some crap off the wire grid on my MAF sensor, gently of course and then sprayed my factory plug wires with wd40, the truck currently runs just fine smooth idle and everything. I bet my MAF sensor is crapping out on me. The wife isn't going to be pleased about this one.

dont put a new MAF in it until you get a new airbox and paper filter installed. the MAF's are crazy sensitive. When you do get an MAF it has to be a bosch MAF in a Land Rover box not a generic bosch MAF that will fit a land rover.

Ok so I cleaned everything again today as I did yesterday, My Disco still runs fine. I went and got a code scanner from Advance, and reset the codes myself. I've only driven the thing twice but the codes haven't come back. I'm still on the hunt for a factory air box, until I get it replaced no more driving in water. I really do not want to peal off a couple benjamins to buy a MAF sensor, that will set the lift kit back a month and I'm getting antsy.
