Default Multiple codes all at once - why?

Is there likey to be one thing that tripped these? They came on all at the same time. I replaced the front o2s. They cleared but came back two days later. Purge valve and MAF sensors on order....but not confident that suddenly all these sensors are bad . What would you do to clear these codes?

P0134 - O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected Sensor 1 Bank 1
P0135 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank 1 Sensor 1
P0154 - O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected Bank 2 Sensor 1
P0155 - O2 Sensor Heater Circuit Malfunction Bank 2 Sensor 1
P0102 = Mass Airflow Circuit - Low Input
P0445 - Evaporative Emission Control System Purge Control Valve Circuit Shorted
P0448 = EVAP system vent control circuit shorted
P0340 = Camshaft position sensor circuit malfunction Open/short circuit to vehicle supply or earth.
P1884 = (37) CAN message: Engine air intake temperature invalid No apparent effect. On Off.

My bad. Completelyrics forgot to respond to the other thread. before you did the O2 sensors, when did this happen. Because this reads like a combination of something unplugged or not plugged in all the way. We're you doing any other work? Running wires, close to a ground? EtC.?

No worrie..dgi07...It's been two weeks since the codes sprung up....i wasn't under the hood or under the rig before these appeared. I'll have a go at looking at the wires/connections again. Engine struggles slightly when I turn the key over but nothing too dramatic...though noticeable difference compared to before the codes. Thx!

May want to recheck your wiring as LS said.. That's a lot of codes for one problem at once.

I 2nd a bad connector/wiring harness maybe. Also check/clean your grounds. Is the voltage OK? how is the battery and alternator? If those things aren't getting sufficient power none of them will work right.
I say start with grounds and work forward.
And remember to update us

I got a whole bunch of codes at once, some of which you list... it was a bad MAF.
