My $500 Westminster
Maybe I missed something in your pics but why is a new rear bumper a priority? There is one low-angle pic from the left rear that shows the bumper may be angled up a bit but the bumper itself looks okay as far as I can see. If that's correct and that's the only problem my guess is that the brackets onto which the bumper mounts may have been "adjusted" in the incident.
My son got rear ended a year and a half ago and the bumper itself was damaged, although in retrospect not enough to warrant replacing it. But I found a replacement in a local boneyard for not much money and I replaced it anyway. After doing so I noticed the same unevenness in mine as I see in yours, relative to the black piece above it on the corner. If I cared more I might take off the bumper, screw a long bolt into the bracket, and try to bend it downward.
Otherwise I wouldn't bother if I were you, unless you are seriously concerned about the departure angle. If that's the case go with a Greg Davis rear. None better on the planet for the DII.

I'd be inclined to go straight to the source. Thanks for the info guys.
Thanks! Kinda crazy how it worked out as I've been lurking here for probably 5 years but never registered as I didn't have a LR. So happy to be a part now. Looks like a nice, active board. 🍻
