Default My 01 D2 keeps going off on motion after changing radiator hose

I had to change my radiator hose yesterday due to a leak, afterwards, i noticed that once in a while, my truck engine will just turn off even while on motion. Since it started, once i restart it, it will respond until a while ago it refused to start until after about five minutes of doing nothing. Pls any help will be appreciated.

Regards.

I don't think is directly related to the house, but of the sensors you messed up with, while replacing the house. More than likely it is the crank sensor.

I agree with leadfoot, sounds like when your radiator hose blew your crank sensor got soaking with coolant and now it is toast.
A new crank sensor will fix you right up.
How mechanical are you?

Thanks for the responses, I actually was waiting for weekend to be able to take it to the workshop and get the codes, but when i called my tech, he said it could be the crank sensor. If its something simple to get to, I will surely be able to do it my self. I just hope its not too expensive. Pls tell me how to confirm that the problem is actually the crank sensor. Meanwhile, I have stopped driving the truck for now so as not to complicate the problem.
Thanks.

There are no sensors that will turn the engine off, after starting it with the exception of the crank sensor, which was no where near the hoses.
By the way, did you properly bleed the cooanlt system after replacing the hoses, did you replac your t/stat?
PM me your tel number and I'll help you with this.

Thanks all for the assistance so far.
I took my truck to the mechanic today, I told him to physically check the crank sensor, and he confirm that one of the screws holding it was loose and he fixed it, he then took out the fuel pump and washed it.
Then I took it to the diagnostic centre and they discovered that the airflow meter has error and we discovered that it was the connection that wasn't connected well.
so far after then, it hasn't gone off, I hope it remains like that, but the 'service engine soon' light has gone off.
Thanks.

The crank sensor is about $60 at your local autoparts store.
How much did he charge you for one?
