They are louder than the AT2 tires, and a little vibration comes through into the interior. Overall it is an acceptable compromise and most people would not notice it unless I told them. I assume the longer I drive on them the quieter they should get. Right now the tread is 20/32 inches which is pretty deep. If you off road at all these tires are a great cross between everyday use and getting dirty on a trail. There is a slight hum compared to the AT2 tires.

Mud tires are a little louder. I would rotate them often to keep the wear even and prevent cupping.

I plan to rotate them every 3000 miles when I change the oil. Mud tires can last a long time, but they do require extra attention.
