Default Mystery Connectors - Two LH Side Of Trans

'04 D2. Does anyone know what these two single conductor connectors might be for? Located LH side of trans just aft of valve/solenoid connector and appear to come out from same harness. Wire appears black on both and would think grounds for? Thanks.

Interesting, I'm fairly certain I noticed those same connectors dangling on my 04 too.

Thanks coors. May be used on the HSE or some option we don't have? Won't loose sleep.

It's gotta be. I only have the SE model so, it's possible. I'm racking my brain trying to come up with where it goes.

Oddly enough my CDL light does not illuminate on the dash when engaged - I don't think that's what it is, but could be. I'm too lazy to crawl back under there an look. Can't think of anything else in the area. Trans temp sensor?

One thing I like about these vehicles, they are wired for every option available and hence you do not have to run wires if you want to add the option. Still may have to program the ecu to activate said option tho.

I too have noticed there are a bunch of unused connectors on my relatively option-light truck. I got worried when I first saw one, but I wouldn't be too concerned now, especially if there's nothing nearby for it to connect to.

I'd also be interested to know what it is, though.
