Well based on Rovermastertech's post I did all the tests without any conclusions so far. If test 3 (output bearings on t-case or differential) hold-true then there would be NO noise with front drive shaft out if it were the front shaft output bearing. There WAS, so now I can rule out the front Diff, front drive shaft and the front drive shaft flange as well. Thinking it's the t-case then with test 1 and 2 negative I drained the t-case fluid. A little dirty although no real miles on new fluid, nothing on the drain or fill magnetic plugs ( I mean nothing , no shavings , no metal flake) and re-filled with another $45 dollars worth or royal purple and Lucas. Didn't get 20 yards and SAME exact noise! Guess the only last things to do are :
1) remove rear axle and put in CDL and see if it's the rear output bearing or flange
2) drain and check tranny fluid, filter for clogs and metal on plugs
The only bizarre thing I noticed doing all the tests was an odd noise ( doing test 2) with t-case in N and shifting through the gears ( no noise while revving) it made a struggling effort to go from R to P.
Any Clues on this???

Yeah it sucks. If I was there I could figure it out in 5 mins. It's probably the transfer case. Drive it 30 and put the transfer case in neutral. See if it makes the noise.

YES , the noise is still there if I go 30 mph and shift to N.
Thanks and I deleted the previous post! I had NO idea not to do that and was thinking I had a bad tranny. You can tell i'm obviously ready to lose my mind with all the time and money i have put into this thing. Having another bad t-case Will put me over the edge

Yes, going 30 ( just triple checked it) in D with t-case in H shift tranny to N NO change.
Going 30 t-case in H tranny in D shift tranny to N then t-case to N NO change.
If you stop completely the noise goes away and comes back on in a few yards to even a mile. Come to Almost a stop after noise comes on and then continue driving the noise remains!
Here are couple of new Vids that quality is a little better on.
Thanks for all you help!!!!

Wow, I have never heard a car, let alone a disco make that noise. It needs to go on a lift and be run with all 4 wheels off the ground to isolate it, with a stethoscope. You could do that in your driveway with 4 jackstands. http://www.harborfreight.com/mechani...ope-69913.html

Did you fill the trans with the engine running? if not it could be the pump screaming.

yes filled with proper procedure. I'm going to drain it ( again) here in a few, drop the pan and inspect everything. I''ll also change the filter even though it's fairly recent. Maybe the filter is clogged and not allowing proper fluid pick-up? idk that would be a simple fix !
I've had many saabs and it almost sounds similar to an oil deprivation noise.
I'll then jack her up and put on 4 stands. I have all the BS as I did the tranny and t-case swap in the garage and on stands with plenty of room to spare. Hopefully, even without proper load, I can isolate this friggen SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEtch
Thanks again for chiming in!
