Need Help cant locate my ECU ?

I cant seem to find my ECU can someone please tell me where it is located. I have a 04 Disco II Se7. I think I found it but I am not sure. I found a silver box located underneath the glove compartment on the right side next to the air blower. Can some one please tell me if this is it or not and if so can you advice me on how to take it out please attach pictures of this thing if possible
