Default Need help please?

I have a disco 2 2001 with the boush injection I have to change out my head gaskets but can’t go any further I am at then Point where you disconnect the fuel injectors I mean not fully I just want to know how you release them the tab has on each side a green little tab I have pushed and pulled I have done everything I know but nothing works does any one know what I am going through am I not doing it right?Is there a trick to it?please anyone i am in a real bind the Land Rover is down in a friends drive way that moved just my luck!

Trying to remember, I think they have the little metal wire on the connector. Push it in (toward the injector) with a flat screwdriver and they come right off.

Yep, on the longer edge of the injector plug, push the wire towards the plug housing and pull gently. Do not remove wire clip itself, not necessary.
