Default need help rite now

I got a 99 discovery 1 wit emergency lite on and they won't go off. Had to pull the neg on the battery

It is the alarm system and how do you disable it because my key won't work

are they flashing or on all the time? pull the fuse.

your key fob doesn't work and you're trying to disable the alarm? stick the key in the driver side door and turn it.

You can't disable the alarm, if you do the engine will not start again.
Try using the key or FOB and lock and unlock the door 3 times, see if that resets the alarm for you.
