It was a direct swap in my case. SAI and everything bolted right up. 04 4.6 blocks as indicated above were the most prone to manufacturing issues being the last of the run.

Do you guys know where I can buy a reliable engine, besides atlantic british? I am checking ebay and they are just torn from wrecked rovers, I am trying to find something at least tested/certified. Any ideas/suggestions would be much appreciated!
