Default need some advise

Ok, ive talked to a few of ya on here and gotten quick\correct answers.
About a week ago now I bought a 99 discovery sd series 1. Already lifted, brand new tires, sweet
rovertyme front bumper. Smalltime dealer wanted 6200, I showed him 4500 cash and he started drooling.
anyways I took it to "the flying circus". Thats the name of this awesome english car only shop.
The staff that I met were all very cool, took lots of time to walk around the rig and answer my questions. Owner drives a DISCO.
So I wanted all the fluids changed and have them give it a look to see if there was any obvious repairs needed.
I dont know much about rovers, I am an old jeep guy, 46 ****** and 52 ******, they would go anywhere, but ive
always wanted the legendary discovery.
Long story short, they said I got a solid rig\good deal, but, I should replace steering joints because rubber boots torn,
rear suspension center joint boot torn\cracked, and passenger side front hub leaking {not badly} but should be adressed soon.
So i want to know about how much I should expect to pay and how long I can put it off.
Thank you in advance.

I would start with the steering, then the hub, then the rear end.
