negative battery cable
I need to get a negative cable for the Disco, I'm currently looking at the AB website and they seem to have 2 different options, but both appear to fit the Discos from 99 to 04.
Please what am I messing here?
thanks

Look for this under the item #. That's the one you don't want to order.
Fits:
- Discovery I | '94 - '99 | superceded from PRC4138
- Range Rover Classic | '87 - '95

now, since I tend to be a kind of "out of the box" kind of guy.
Let me ask if anyone had ever made their own battery cables?
I have to do them on our 12V Cummins and I'm like totally ready for buying some welding cable and crimping them.
Now I see that this little guy ( neg batt cable ) has one clamp with a 0 ring terminal in almost the middle and have no clue how to clamp that one.
At this point I'm looking to 50 ft of 3/0 welding cable and that will do for the Cummins, the Disco and extra enough for some good quality jamper cables.
Later on also looking to do the 2 battery upgrade.
So has anybody done it?
Thanks

Most of those guys learn to take it out of the shipping box and install. Some of the slow learners have never come out of the bush.
