Haha, oh man. That's some sh*t. What was wrong, was the lock frozen and wouldn't latch?

Well looking to find solution to my issues and post came across this. I had local garage work on mine year ago. Had to spark they put new cranks sensor and found out it was wire. They ran 2 new wires to computer. Ran ok still had other issues I still haven't got fix or figures out. But having issues with it starting and sputtering again. Do you have to have shielded wire? Plz let me know thanks

Yep, I used shielded coaxial TV cables because I already had them. Still working like a charm, too.

Alex, where did you get the Sensor, was it a Bosch.?

My truck stalled out on me this morning driving to work. M, S and D light flashing. Crank, no start. After about 20 minutes it restarted, you know, right as the tow truck got there.

I know i also gotta check the XYZ switch

Edit : Nevermind.

ordered on off Amazon. Same day delivery.

I replaced my CPK and never had adaptive values reset. Ran great. Did I just get lucky? I have heard this before. . .

Possible. I'm lucky in that I work in a shop with a bunch of techs that do side-work on other manufacturers, so someone has the scan-tool or something close.

Problem diagnosed. Connected Scan tool. Attempted to start car while looking at actual values. No reading from CPS.
