Default New Fog light bezels install

Hi,
I bought 2 new fog light bezels for my 2091 D2. It has little tabs (tubular shaped). What do you do to make them stay in?

The trick for the 2091 model year is to remove the flux capacitor first which allows you to access the time circuits mounted behind the bumper. With those removed it becomes obvious how the tubular tabs allow the bezel to stay in place.

I know it’s a dumb question. Those little tubular tabs guide it into the holes with the 2 tabs on the size to snap in place. Problem with that is that even with 2 tabs on the sides snapped in place, they are still very loose and will fall out if I hit a pothole or hard bump.

Hey rick.scott, I'm back but this time with a serious answer- it took me a bit to find my original post but if you look here:
https://landroverforums.com/forum/di...mounts-102467/
You can see some work I did on my bumper a while back and I got some pictures of the backside of it, nice and close to the fog lights. It look like those tubes in the bezel are melted or somehow deformed to make them stay in place in the bumper. I'm not sure what kind of tool you need to make that happen. Honestly, you might want to drill a small hole through the center of the tube, then cut the tube off, line up the holes and bolt it in to place. You can even find small black plastic nuts and bolt on Amazon if you wanted it to blend in or just find a regular bolt/socket head cap screw with a black oxide finish (very common) and bolt it in place with a drop of threadlocker.
