Default new front drive shaft

Stupid question: Just had my front drive shaft rebuilt about 8 mos ago, and was told that it was made to be greaseable...(here goes) Where would i look to find the area/zerk fitting or whatever to grease it up?

thanks

Will either be on the end caps of the U-Joint or on the inside of the u-joint in the center where it comes together. There should be one on the shaft as well. Also, the correct way to grease a u-joint is to pump in the grease until the rubber seal bulges, not until the grease oozes out from everywhere.

(I should edit this to say "Until grease gushes out, a little oozing out is ok." What you are trying to avoid is blowing the seals.)

A helpful tip I learned from my local Driveshaft rebuilder - Drive the vehicle and get the joints warmed up before you grease them. My problem was that if I greased them when cold the grease would not flow evenly through all 4 bearings. It wants to take the least restrictive path.
