The question is why did you replace MAF in the first place?
Long term fuel trims of -6 and -8 are good. General rule of thumb on long term is its good if not double digits.
What is going on with the vehicle?

I'm systematically replacing all the sensors that appear original to avoid ending up broken down someplace. Guess I should have just let it be lol

+1 on adaptive settings and replacing the MAF with the stock one. Foxwell NT51 get it. Resets adaptive settings.

I found this in the RAVE. Seems disconnecting the battery resets adaptive values. Comments welcomed; comments encouraged.

I’ve personally tried the old battery trick & never noticed a difference. Then I got a Nanocom & upon startup it’s different. Idle is different & it certainly shifts different for the first few trips. Then it learns from the current config & saves it.
