So is it true I have to be going around 5mph to get this thing into 4low? Its quite tough to get into 4low when the vehicle is stopped, Im still a bit confused as to how it all works properly. thanks

moving a little at all will make it easier to shift into low gear

 

to get into lo push the pull the lever towards you (at least i think its towards you cant remember ), it will help rolling a little bit, most discos are never used off road so it might need a bit of elbow grese to get it to budge
