New Member with a quick question!
Hi everyone,
So i have always wanted a land rover...and Ive finally decided that i am going to get one! Ive looked at all the things I probably have to do in terms of fixing when I do buy one (havent gotten one yet)
Anyway my question is I live in Northern Virginia and was wondering if anyone else does ? And if so where would I find a good and reputable mechanic? The reason being I live in a apartment and dont have the space to do any of the rebuilds/maintenance stuff .Ive searched online and on the forum (maybe not searching right) and cant seem to find one.
Hope to hear form you guys soon
thanks!

there is a lot of good rover info and knowledge on here but when looking for a good mechanic in your area you might have more luck with a local rover forum/club.

I live over in Reston, and haven't looked into a mechanic because i prefer to do everything on my own.
There is a dealership over in Chantilly that I have been told to stay away from and who charges crazy for parts (they wanted $70 for a thermostat you can get for $15) and there is also Rover of Loudoun who advertises alot online but I havent heard anything one way or another about them.
I have an apartment too and do most of my work outside when the weather is good, and I have a warehouse bay at the office that I can sometimes use when the weather is awful. Anyway, hit me up when you finally get your truck.
