To much stop leak will clog the system.
Did you use ATF with stop leak or power steering fluid with stop leak?

I would suck it all back out and just use regular power steering fluid, then add the stuff with stop leak when you need to "top off".
My DI uses ATF in the power steering system, I flushed it and filled with Dexron III, then as it leaked I topped off with Valvoline ATF with stop leak until the leak stopped.
