I wish we had normal weather in TX. I can see temps as low as 182F to as high as 211F with a 180F thermostat & HD Fan Clutch depending on the weather conditions/humidity. As long as I’m under 215F during the summer (idle, HVAC, on high, stuck in traffic) = all good

Fan has a chipped blade, and seeing as it is out I figured to swap the fan clutch as a proactive measure. I checked it when I did the thermostat, as part of my diagnostics - it was ok but I have no idea of age.

And given heat is the enemy of aluminium engines is a pretty cheap part to replace.
