Default new rover owner here 04 D2 trail edition. multi cyl missfire

Hi everyone, im new to the rover world(coming over from Audi) just got a 2004 disco2 with 160K. CEL came on about a week ago, ran codes coming up multiple damaging missfires, all 4 o2's bad and a MAF sensor bad. so to me that says there is one issuse that is creating all this. then the code i have never seen before came up, transmission not communicating with ecu! every now and then all my traction control lights and ABS will come on. this has me a little freaked out as this is my daily driver for about 2 more months before i get my Audi RS4. from my searching on this forum im going to first change my plugs to the bosch plat.and get a set of the magna wires everyone seems to rave about. Any other tips or advice for a noob?? thanks in advance guys!
