New Rover owner, Overheating!

The STI wires are not cracked, and still look brand new, I did pull #8 Wire and to be honest, there was still silicone in the plug, and the Plug still looked new with no cracks. Is it possible for 1 position on an Ignition Coil to go bad? Like the #8 position on Coil #1? Or is it if the coil goes bad, all 4 positions stop?!
I have my ScanGauge hooked up 100% of the time and I am always eyeballing the Temp, and it has never passes 207 even while running on the interstate at 65! Oh and I have done some diagnostic on the HG, and there is no water in the Oil, it is not smoking at all, I think the whole over heating was just low coolant!

Well it has been a few weeks and I have an update on my 2003 Disco 2. I had it looked at my a mechanic and he is convinced that I do not have a bad Head Gasket (Thank God). He did say that he thinks my Fan Clutch is going bad, and I should consider replacing it. He also recommended a new 180 Thermostat and a new Expansion Tank Cap (The one on it has completely flat O-Rings and he thinks that is causing the air and pressure build up). I did change the Cap this past weekend, so maybe that will help with a few things. He also recommended having the Radiator rebuilt or replaced. Said that it might be very clogged and that could help with the driving temps that are staying at 200-204 all the time now (Every since I did the Coolant Bleed)!
