Sorry, I’m not an engine guy. I know just enough to fix some stuff and mostly get myself in trouble. To be clear, nothing ignited and I didn’t see flames. The best way to explain it was it burped back at me, but i didn’t see flames and didn’t feel heat or anything.

OK. Well, that matters to the diagnosis!
So are you saying that the starter fluid never ignited in any way in any place on/in your motor?
That's generally considered a NO SPARK situation, if so.
I don’t think so but again had some “blowback” when I was shooting in starter fluid while holding the throttle body open to get it in there. I do get a visible spark if I pull a plug or use an inline tester hence my question about the coil and a weak spark.
So if timing is a potential, is there a good way to check if timing is off. I have searched and looked through the RAVE manual and have not seen a “easy” method.
You need to do exactly what people here say and do it with video.
pull a plug, make sure the wire is attached. Lay the plug side against metal of the engine. Place your phone on record and place it so you can see the spark. Try to crank. Upload movie.
when you changed the sensor, did you put BOTH little spacers back in at the right spot? Did you plug it in?
are your spark plug wires routed correctly? To the right cylinder?
if you can, upload a video of the engine cranking with a charged battery.
Ok guys, sorry for the delay in responding. So here is the video of me trying to crank it with the plug removed. You can see the spark, although looks weak to me.
I am getting a RPM signal on my OBD reader of about 200RPMs so I don't think its related to CKP installation.
I have not messed with spark plug wires except to unplug one at a time to check compression.

Take a fuel sample. Have tons of problems with bad gas here. Just had a vehicle with bad gas that had like 60 percent ethanol...would not start in cold weather...also make sure you have good fuel pressure.
So I found this today but not sure if it could cause the issues I am having. What does this wire go to? Ground? Single Black wire goes to a sensor and then branches back under the intake. This is a close up of the damage. It looks like it was smashed under the compressor.
