Default Noise after Lift and other parts

I replaced alot of parts this weekend, Saturday and Sunday I did the ball joints, front calipers, new pads, front hubs, front axle shafts/ CV's. All was fine I drove to work Monday - no issues. Later after work on Monday I installed the TF 2" lift / Coils & Springs, I also did the rear calipers /pads and installed 16" steel wheels with 265's on em. Looking pretty dang good. Did the test drive and I hear a noise! Coming I believe from underneath maybe from front driver or rear driver side. cant tell. Its not the springs or shocks. It increases / decreases with truck's speed. Going over bumps does not affect the noise It is steady with accelerator pressed or "coasting". At idle stopped there is no noise. It does not sound like a clunk or a pop It sounds like a tuh tuh tuh tuh tuh .

So I greased all my zerk fittings, ( I do have an after market front driveshaft) . I did not feel or smell any hot spots from anything rubbing. I plan on doing axle fluid changes later today. I might also do T- case, Tranny should be good . I didn't finish with this until 12:30 at night and was pretty tired, decided to call it and get fresh eyes on it in the morning. Any suggestions of where else to look. Thank you

That was the first thing that popped into my head. I'm going to check that first.

So the culprit was the wheel weights on the inside of the rim, I didn't notice that the tire shop had put those stick on weights in there. They were rubbing on the calipers.
