Default o2 sensor plug

I have a 2001 Discovery and trying to change both o2 sensor on the #2 bank. I'm having trouble getting the after converter plug separated with one hand. What is the trick?

PB blaster, a torch, and a BFH.

Unless you're referring only to the plastic plug? Then use two hands.

The rear sensor connectors are backwards from the front. You'll have to remove the connector from the metal bracket and separate it.
