O2 Sensor Reading Quesion
Hey everyone
I was taken a reading with the OBD2 scanner and a bluetooth scanner I use as well and noticed the readings of my O2 sensors. I performed a test through the OBD2 scanner and the O2's all failed. Then I hooked up the other reader for real time visual and this is what I got.
When I unplugged O2 2x1 which was reading 0.0V it went to 0.4v
I will be cleaning the plugs with contact cleaner and seeing if that helps but have any of you done a resistance test on there O2's before?
I'm thinking these are still the original O2's that have never been changed by the original owner.

If the O2s are dead, how come you don't have codes related to that?
If you follow my links below you can download under "engine manuals" the Bosch ECU book for the D2, has all the codes, how they are calculated, values that have to change for a code to show up, etc.

So what the hell is this truck doing.
This explains why I use standalone injection systems on all my race engines.
Honestly, this truck annoys the hell out of me but my wife loves it and its been sitting in our garage for over four months and we don't get to drive because we are to busy chasing gremlins. A friend did a 300Tdi swap on his 2000 D2 any it is beautiful, under powered but reliable as hell and thats what I need in the backcountry.
Never had one of my Jeep's fail me ever no matter what I put it through.
