Wow...three responses, three DIFFERENT opinions!! Couple of follow-up questions based on your repsonses:
1. Spike - anything specific you're talking about on the tune-up comment? I have plugs and wires, but haven't put them in yet. The P0150 code is specific to the front sensor, so could a bad tune cause that code?
2. Mike and Roverguy - I think I'll try the front first...if that doesn't work, then I could follow-up with the rear sensors.

Before you spend the money on the O2's I would do the tune up, plugs and wires.
You already have the parts...it needs to be done...start there.
IF that does not fix the problem then replace the O2's.
You will need to clear your codes after you do the tune up.
When the spark gets weak, either form worn plugs are a weak spark from the wires it will not burn the air/fuel mixture correctly and it will send to much unburnt fuel down stream.
The O2's read this and then set off the CEL.
Because the O2's are throwing the code it comes up as a O2 code.
Replace your O2's without doing the tune up and the codes will come back.
O2's are basically thermometers, they read the exhaust temp and tell the ECU to adjust the air/fuel mixture based on the exhaust temp.
Pre and post cat.
To hot, to much fuel, lean it out.
To cold not enough fuel rich it back up.
Of course this is all in conjunction with the TPS %, engine RPM, road speed, what gear the trans is in, engine temp, ambient temp...bla bla bla...alot of different factors.
There is more computing power in your trucks ECU than what was used to send the first men to the moon.
