Obd2 not responding with scan gauge

Everything else works perfect and I can't seem to find any corrosion on anything

Did you cut away the harness covering on the pass footwell. the OBDII port is fed off header C0286 pin 16. The header is the gray located under the pass footwell the the left of the blower motor.. Check the RAVE for more info.

Acamato , I did finally cut the plastic off and it was full of water and corroded! Thank you so much for the help man!
