Default OBDII 0150, 0174, and 1174

I was towing a travel trailer yesterday and the SES light came on in my D2 with 114K. The codes I got from the reader are listed above and I need some help figuring it out. I recently, 5K miles ago changed out the plugs and wires with Bosch +2s and BMX wires. I do run with a K&N air filter and it feels like I am running lean, especially when cold. Would it be worth while to ditch the K&N and put the paper filter back in or is my MAF shot anyway? I have the stuff to do the seafoam of the intake. Please let me know your thoughts as I will be towing with the family this weekend and want to make sure I am in good shape.
Thanks,
Kelly

usually get a 4th gear code with a failing MAF, but the lean codes point that way. Have you ever changed your O2's? you are getting time to be due...

Oh, and I would suggest dumping the filter. I can run one, and have. My mileage was worse and I didn't notice much improvement. If I had a D2, I would not run one.
