i'm hearing an electircal sound what i think might be a pump when i am driving at normal speed and come to a stop. I can hear what sounds like an electrical pump but could be anything out of the passengar side foot or wheel well. It lasts about two or three seconds and always has the same volume (not very loud but noticeable) and starts just when i get down to about 5 mph and am coming to a stop. The sound reminds me of a robotic movement in an old movie. What on earth am i hearing?

 

Forgot to mention that I am not throwing any fault codes. I will try and get a video of it so you can hear the sound.
