Default Oil Drain plug loose

After 4 days of off roading noticed a leak under my Disco, turn out the drain plug had come loose, very loose. I am assuming the crush washer is shot.

Will any 9/6th oil plug crush washer work ?

An aluminum or copper crush washer. Possibly safety wire would help

In a pinch you can rub the old washer across a sheet of sand paper and on a flat surface to flatten the face of the washer.
Or like @Nosugar0carbs mentioned, get an aluminum or copper washers as replacements.

Copper replacement should be easy enough, good auto parts stores here.

Thanks all
