Default Oil drain plug washer

I would like to know if you guys change the oil drain plug washer when you change the oil on your trucks or simply use the same one again.

My truck has the original washer from when it came from the factory, all you have to do is turn it over everytime you remove the plug and it will never leak.

This is the correct answer. Especially with an aluminum oil pan, you want a new washer so it crushes instead of you pulling the threads on the pan. It's cheap and easy.
