Oil Pressure Switch
2001 Discovery 2 93K.
I had a coolant leak from the front of the engine. I am in the process of replacing gaskets on the water pump, timing cover, and oil pan. I have gotten past all of the usual tough spots like removing the fan clutch and crankshaft pulley. Both covers are loose but i can not get the f--king plug off the OPS. Is there some clip holding this electrical connector on? I do not want to break this piece. *hanging my head in shame*
Thanks

It's like any other multiplug. There is U shapped spring either either lift it up with eye glass screwdriver and pop it off. Then pull on the plug. Or you can depress it and the spring will flare out you can then pull it off.
